Mosaic is the name for our high school youth group that meets almost every Tuesday night during the school year. Some of these nights are combined with Brink (middle school youth group) and some are only Mosaic. Mosaic is a welcoming community where we are always happy to have new students or visitors. It is a time for students of all backgrounds to come together as we tackle issues of the messy, yet beautiful, crossroads between faith and life. A typical Tuesday night will consist of snacks and time to hang out followed by a game or two that will get us moving and having fun together. After that we all go into the youth room for a brief lesson and then we break out into small groups. Small groups are where our students have time to discuss and apply what they heard in the lesson as well as what has been going on in their own lives. Small groups stick together throughout the semester with the same leader so that those bonds of trust and friendship are built up to best benefit the students in each small group. After small groups Mosaic usually ends with a short time of worship & prayer. Check out the calendar to see the dates and times that Mosaic is meeting!

Life Together is a Sunday morning program for high school students. This is a time to dig deeper into scripture and learn more biblical content than we typically do during our weekly youth group meetings. These classes are led by our stellar small group leaders from 9:00-9:45am on Sunday mornings during the school year in youth room. All high school students are invited and encouraged to come to Life Together and then stick around for our worship service at 10:00am every Sunday. We value our Sunday morning Life Together time because it allows students to ask hard questions while also learning how to look at Scripture in ways that can teach, inspire, and bring life to these students.
Batavia High School students are invited to BCC on Thursday mornings for a free breakfast! We have a team of leaders and volunteers that enthusiastically prepare and serve breakfast to BHS students every Thursday morning that school is in session from 7:30-8:15am. This is an outreach we provide to the students free of cost so that they can make sure they have food to eat in order to start their day off well.
