The counseling and advising office at Batavia High School has seen a real uptick in students struggling with some mental health issues. They are coming into the office in need of someone to talk to and are usually in need of a little something to put in their stomach. Chip In is providing snacks, but the need is so high that Batavia High School has reached out to us, and other churches in the area, to fill in the gap. We will be collecting snacks throughout the months of October and November to be delivered to the high school the fourth week of the month. Please bring snacks in by this Sunday, October 24 to be delivered later that week. A snack bin will be located in the upper lobby. Suggested snacks are granola bars, Cheez-its, pretzels, goldfish, etc. All snacks need to be the individual sizes. Thank you for your generosity.
