We are excited to announce that starting on July 8th, every Wednesday night throughout the months of July and August, we will be hosting a discussion group on the book The Color of Compromise by Jemar Tisby, and we hope that you will be a part of it! The book group discussion will take place over Zoom, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., and will be facilitated by Lynnea Miller and Pastor Eric.
The Color of Compromise is about the long history of racism and complicity in the Church, and how we as the Church today can take steps towards becoming anti-racist. If you would like to be a part of this book study, or are merely intrigued, please contact Lynnea Miller at email@example.com, everyone is welcome!
When you contact Lynnea, she will send you the zoom link to join our first meeting on July 8th. For that meeting, plan to have read the first chapter of the book. If you are having trouble getting a hold of the book, again contact Lynnea and she would be happy to help!
