We have an upcoming outreach opportunity at Jesus People USA (JPUSA) in uptown Chicago! JPUSA is an intentional living community focused on serving the poor. They own a variety of businesses in Uptown area and support themselves with the help of many people living and working together and through volunteers like you and me. On April 25, we are looking for volunteers from our church to work for the day doing a variety of tasks such as serving in a food pantry, sorting donations for a restore, working in a soup kitchen and/or engaging with a nearby homeless encampment.
